Do you allow pets?
We do consider renting to pet owners. We check with prior landlords to confirm that the pet has not caused any problems and we charge a little extra security deposit for pet owners. Of course, the extra security deposit is refunded if there is no damage to the property.
What are the utility costs?
Utility costs can be estimated by calling the utility company and asking for the prior residents' average monthly utility cost. In Two Rivers, the water/sewer/electric bills come from Two Rivers Municipal Utilities which can be contacted at (920) 793-5523. In Two Rivers, the gas bills come from Wisconsin Public Service which can be contacted at (800) 450-7260.
